How to Book Rooms

To book rooms via email:

• please contact the St. Paul's guest room email directly at: gueststpauls@uwaterloo.ca
• please indicate that you are with Austrian Studies Association conference, and  your choice of room – guest room including breakfast $95.00 + 13% HST (only 7 available) or single dorm room including breakfast $55.00 + 13% HST (40 available). 

Online room requests: 

• You can also use the online request form and indicate your preference in the ‘other’ or ‘question and comments’ sections at the bottom of the form.

N.B.: as the number of attendees will exceed the number of rooms available at St. Paul's, I would advise you to make your reservation as early as possible.

Room Prices

• Guest rooms are $95 + HST per night and includes one breakfast ticket 
• Single Dorm rooms are $55 + HST per night and include one breakfast ticket 

Amenities

Each guest room is equipped with:

• Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
• Private bathroom
• Small fridge and microwave
• Phones, high speed internet, and cable television
• All linens and towels are supplied
• Housekeeping service is included

Internet Access

Internet is available in the guestrooms at St. Pauls through a LAN wire connection. Wireless internet is not available in the guest rooms. This means that you will be able to plug in your laptops and netbooks (if they have a LAN cable receptor), but not your Ipads or smartphones.

Each single dorm room is equipped with:

• Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
• Shared bathroom
• High speed internet, and cable television
• All linens and towels are supplied
• Housekeeping service is included

All rooms are smoke-free.
