Conference registration will open on January 23, 2013.

There will be two categories for registration: regular attendee and graduate student. Please register as a graduate student only if you are still enrolled in a graduate program.

Registration fees:

Early Bird Registration (until March 31, 2013):

Regular: $ 110.61 + 13% HST = $125

Graduate Student: $ 57.50 + 13% HST = $65

As of April 1, 2013

Regular: $140 + 13% HST = $158.20

Graduate Student: $ 75 + 13% HST = $ 84.75

Onsite Registration:

Onsite registration will take place at St. Paul’s college in front of McKirdy Hall on May 2, 2013 from 6:00-7:30 pm and from 8:00-10:30am on May 3^rd.

Please make sure to pick up your Conference Package, which will include a conference program, information on wireless internet access, and a complementary drink ticket for the welcoming reception to be held 7:00-9:00 pm in McKirdy Hall.

Dietary Requirements:

The online registration form will include a space for dietary requirements. Please make sure to let us know of your special dietary needs.

Parking:

Please contact me at glaubenssysteme@gmail.com if you are not staying in the guest rooms at St. Paul’s and will require a parking voucher for the duration of the conference. Parking is included for all attendees who are staying at St. Paul’s. Parking is free after 4:30pm.
