General Information

For Participants

Participants in the annual conference are asked to apply for travel and subsistence expenses at their universities. The organizers cannot accept such costs, not even for speakers. We ask for your understanding that no exceptions can be made.

The conference fee, which is to be paid by all participants, provides for lunch, dinner and break drinks and, in some cases, a shuttle service (to / from the hotel) for the duration of the conference.
